DLG Series gear reducers are mainly developed to drive plasticizing screws on injection molding machines. These parallel shaft gear reducers, designed and manufactured for their special configurations, are ideally sutied for high torque transmission and high speed operation, with low noise and over 95% efficiency.
The golden distance between input shaft (electric motor) and output shaft (joint with driven-screw and silo) is designed by using an idler wheel structure to extended the center distance, in order to make room for a U-type complete system including motors, gearboxes, screws and silos, save space and maximize efficiency.

| Lubrication | The gearbox is vertical installation, in this mounting postion, the gear reducer can run well only by splash lubrication. In order to properly control the temperature of the reducer, it is recommended to forcefully lubrication the gear reducer of large size from 280 to 360 by using an electric pump. |
